Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Chroma Hunt ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

License

URBISOFT LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
  • Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party software
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers

Advertisements

The App displays advertisements. By using the App, you consent to receiving such advertisements.

User Content

The App does not allow users to create, upload, or share content. Game scores and statistics are stored locally on your device.

Intellectual Property

The App and all of its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to design, graphics, text, and code) are owned by URBISOFT LTD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, URBISOFT LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless URBISOFT LTD from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
